Marketing Campaigns for Chatterbox

The Problem

Chatterbox is a UK based language learning platform with a social mission to empower refugees as language coaches. They reached out needing help to develop new marketing strategies and test new channels. As a small team, they had a "backlog of cool ideas" but no in-house experience to prioritise and execute.

The Project

I built a marketing campaign around the news that Chatterbox had recently acquired CPD accreditation, planning a 'sprint' which would involve pushing this news out in different ways with varying content assets on multiple channels.

 

From a content perspective, the project involved: 

  • Building a new landing page 

  • Creating a LinkedIn carousel 

  • Producing a video for the CEO's personal profile

  • Producing a more corporate video interviewing the founder of the CPD certification 

  • Writing an email sequence and newsletter

As well as developing the overall plan and promotion strategy, including activating the team's personal LinkedIn profiles to increase the reach of the campaign.
